It is impossible to include every one of the thousands of entities that make up this mosaic of innovation and Israeli high-tech. Thus a filtering and voting process was used to determine what content will go in the book. At the beginning, we assembled a judging committee of about 20 carefully selected women and men who deeply understand and are well familiar with the high-tech ecosystem from different angles.
Then a shoutout for nominations was spread through various media channels. The nomination was open for two weeks. After the deadline, the content was forwarded to the judging committee. Each member of the judging committee voted for his/her favorite nominees from each vertical of activity. This was an individual, independent, and direct voting. After receiving all votes from the judging committee, the nominees with the highest scores were accepted to the book and the project entered production.
